One man, a green screen and 5000 products. Lovechild and director Stefan Nipstad awarded the Syndicate team yet another project for City Gross. This time the task was to create a world of giant products. Utilizing the Scorpio crane, 5K green screen plates were shot at Independent Studios. The products were shot on a table top setup at the Syndicate office with a Nikon DSLR linked directly to the CG scenes. Using these images as projection maps the CGI team were able to implement extremely fast turnarounds for fully realistic textures, shadows and depth of field.
