Huge thanks to Michael Gloor at Markenfilm for having us.As a homage to old films and IWC 100 years anniversary the project partly got its uniqe look from the use of The Syndicate Bauch&Lomb PL modified Baltar Cinemascopes. These lenses are actually the very same lenses that was used on grand films like the “Egyptian” and “Bridge on the River Kwai” among others back in the 1950s. Almost two full sets (10 lenses in total) is now in refurbishing but will shortly be available for rent. They are simply as magnificent as they big, on the picture above Karolina is using the 50mm.
