For the past year, we’ve had the honour to work with renowned Swedish director Roy Andersson, who Ingmar Bergman proclaimed “makes the best commercials in the world”. Awarded nearly every advertising accolade in Sweden as well as the 2000 Cannes Jury Prize for his film, Songs From the Second Floor, Roy typically works with very long lead times. His latest film, A Dove Sitting on a Branch Reflecting on Existence, is no exception. The anticipated premiere is 2014 and we’re thrilled to be along for this ride.
The film is shot on Studio 24’s RED ONE MX and the Syndicate Epic. It’s the first feature that Roy decided to shoot digitally. The post work will be in full 4K resolution. For more info check http://www.royandersson.com/
